Project/Building support

We assume responsibility for the adherence to and realisation of the program through our client real estate support in the development phase (projects), the achievement of specified objectives and project realisation conforming to contractual stipulations within the specified costs, quality and deadline framework.

 

 

We advise investors/instituional property investors in relation to real estate purchases (buildings), providing advice on renting space optimisation, improvement of third party use, necessary building alterations of every type and provide support for these measures as client representatives until the acceptance and handover, along with commissioning during active operation.
