We provide consulting to suit the initial project development situation. In the case of an existing property, we determine the building and utilisation potential of the site, either independently or in cooperation with partners in our network.

Where our client already has a project concept that requires a suitable building, we approach the task on this basis until an optimum property purchase can be realised within the framework of the project concept and a suitably detailed analysis.
