In the interest of a successful building purchase, we take care of technical due diligence for interested purchasers through a differentiated technical assessment of the existing building.

We cover any sources of faults and risk inherent in the building substance in advance, along with the room program, maintenance and obligatory removal of residual waste. We also inform the investor of subsequent costs prior to purchasing, thus providing him with the security needed in market value evaluation. We frequently provide consultation during the compilation/coordination/examination of technical documentation in the data room and for the reference document in the context of property purchasing contracts.
